Faela was born in 2007 in Malmo, Sweden, from the meeting of six musicians with roots in Argentina, England, Brazil, Spain, and Sweden, each with a unique musical and artistic background. From this cultural melting-pot, Faela's sound was born: a blend of Cumbia, Jazz, Rock, and more.

Since then they have released 4 albums and 1 EP, playing over 1,000 concerts at festivals and clubs throughout Europe and South America, proving to be one of those bands that remind us of the unifying power of music, making the whole audience sing and dance together, regardless of age, ethnicity, or religion.

In 2023, the fifth studio album Latin Animal Beats was released, where enthralling Latin rhythms, clanging drums, infectious brass, and joyful vocals capture well the atmosphere the band conveys live.
