Bruno Martín Gagliardini was born and raised in the Catalinas Sur - La Boca neighborhood, Buenos Aires, Argentina. From 1995 to 2003 he was part of the Catalinas Sur Theater Group, a community arts project that combines high artistic quality with the depth of social issues through a collective work dynamic. This has been his training ground in different stage techniques (circus, theater, clown, commedia dell'arte, puppetry, murga) and, above all, his space to shape ways of thinking and feeling about art.

Since 1999 he has been actively producing, directing and performing street shows, combining different artistic languages aimed at the general public. He specializes in the diablo game and the construction of collective stories based on this element. Added to the intersection of languages are science, the result of the legacy of his physicist parents, and poetic prose born of travels and the desire to share lived experiences.

Over the years, with his performances, he has participated in more than two hundred and fifty circus festivals and street shows, mainly in Europe and South America. His imprint is the combination of circus, music, physics, poetry and storytelling in a performative act aimed at the diversity of street dwellers. The driving force behind all his creations is art as a generator of possibility and social transformer.

In late 2014 he published his first book entitled "Poesía Cirquera," which collects his stories inspired by fifteen years of adventures on the streets and stages of the world. He has also been and continues to be a teacher in social circus projects, a coach in creative processes, and a director of circus shows. In 2024 he celebrates his first 25 years as a street performer.

In his new show Gùshi (storie coi diabli), Brunitus recovers the mystical origin of the diablo, an age-old invention of Chinese origin, to generate a journey. A journey through feelings, a poetic and intense proposal. Diablos spin, fly and intertwine like stories. Gùshi means "stories" in the Chinese language. We breathe stories / stories are life, they are time / time is relative / relative to its story.

A show for the whole family where audience stories become shared emotions, circus a language, diabli an open book.
